1983 Dean Martin – The Nashville Sessions
The Nashville Sessions is a 1983 studio album by Dean Martin, produced by Jimmy Bowen. This was Martin’s last album.
The album consists of country standards, recorded in country pop arrangements.
Martin sang two of the songs in duet, “My First Country Song” with Conway Twitty, and “Everybody’s Had the Blues” with Merle Haggard.
Dean Martin (born Dino Paul Crocetti, June 7, 1917 – December 25, 1995) was an American singer, actor, comedian, and film producer. One of the most popular and enduring American entertainers of the mid-20th century, Martin was nicknamed the “King Of Cool” for his seemingly effortless charisma and self-assurance.
