1977 Bonnie Raitt – Sweet Forgiveness
Sweet Forgiveness is the sixth album by Bonnie Raitt, released in 1977. The single “Two Lives” was provided by the leader of bassist Freebo’s former band Edison Electric Band songwriter Mark T. Jordan.
Raitt’s cover of the Del Shannon hit “Runaway” was issued as a single, reaching #57 on the U.S. singles chart.

To the Admin,, I’d like to bring your attention to an omission in the “Other Musicians” listed category. I’m the writer of “Two Lives,” Mark T. Jordan, (thanks for the mention, BTW!) and besides Bill, Michael and Rose, there’s an electric guitar on the original track played by Robben Ford. When I did a session with him some ten or so years ago and mentioned writing a song for Bonnie in conversation, and he asked me, “Which one?” When I told him, a smile came over his face and he said, “Cool! That was my first record session in L.A.!”
