1992 Various – The Album Of Life – Raise The World
The Album Of Life – Raise the World is a collection of songs from various artists released in 1992 to promote awareness of “Love Is Feeding Everyone (LIFE),” a food bank co-founded in 1983 by Valerie Harper and Dennis Weaver created with the ambitious goal of salvaging tons of edible but unsalable food that would otherwise have gone to waste. The food bank closed in 1999 due to a lack of funding but that spirit of love and giving lives on.
