1996 Various – Place Of Hope
In 1988, at a time in my life when I was preocuppied with a music culture that challenged racism and encouraged a meaningful relationships between black and white South Africans, I had a dream. I hoped to put together a music project that would provide Opportunity for black South African and black American cultures to develop Community. When I met Gail Hamilton in 1994 I knew that the vision was close to being fulfulled. Place Of Hope (Celebrating The New South Africa – Two Worlds Become One) has been rewarding collaboration with a very wonderful woman and a fine team of musicians, and an opportunity to bring dignity to my homeland.
