Just A Stones Throw Away is the debut solo album by Valerie Carter, released in 1977.
Valerie Carter, born Valerie Gail Zakian Carter on February 5, 1953, to James J and Dorothy Carter, is an American singer-songwriter. Carter is perhaps best known as a back-up vocalist who has recorded and performed with a number of artists including Jackson Browne, Don Henley, Linda Ronstadt, Christopher Cross, Little Feat, The Outlaws and, most notably, James Taylor.

Love this album, especially how Jeff Porcaro plays on the last track, almost jazz…. Wait a minute, it’s jazz!

I agree Marlon, that album surprised me! The last track is amazing! (Sorry, couldn’t find it on youtube, but the album is worth buying)
